Hi there,

I heard some people say that grinding indy 500 in A-spec with rubber-band doesn't work anymore because of the loss of speed from the wall?

Does it still work if I don't update?
Or till which update should I update, does anyone know?

I want to grind to level 40 a-spec.

I don't need the keyboard, I just want to put a rubberband around it and make it race with my X11, But do I need to delete all updates or just part of them?
because I guess the slow-down of the wall came with an update right?

I'm prety sure here is members still doing it with all updates 👍

Maybe some one help you out, I can't since I never used rubberband grinding :)

me netheir but I just want to have level 40 A-spec so badly :P
Then borrow someones's BMW Mclaren F1 Fina race car and do the A-Spec Challenge #4 Nurburgring challenge and you get 500,000 xp every time with the 200% bonus.

FF seasonal Cape Ring with 288pp Prius you get esily 2mil cr in 10 mins..not sure about xp..

I can put mine on share if needed :)

Edit: It gives "only" about 240k xp

I would appreciate that, please add me on PSN: Superkootje,
I will be on in a minute.

I can do it in a Opel Corsa comfort, you only get 50K exp for 10 mins driving though.
I don't think that's alot...

If you're good enough and do the Eifel Ferrari seasonal race with about 770pp you can earn over 1mil XP in about 11.30 mins.

Now that's a lot.

I still think that the nurburgring seasonal is easier than any other for fast cash. The performance diff is tougher challenge than the 650pp ring. Get in to the LMP car of your choice and 6-7 minutes later 1 million credits and tons of xp.

easy as pie, nothing else is for the time and reward.

Didn't PD eliminate rubberband Indy? They reduced the speed of the X1 that you can reach while bumping the wall....

I dont know which update it killed, but that you can find with the search button :)

They put in a faster opponent I think but you can still do it. I think it was 1.10.

Hey can I borrow your Prius for the FF seasonal?

The FF seasonal doesn't get me 240K! it gets me somewhere near 50K with 150%.

And the ferrari seasonal at Eiffel Gives me only around 100K at 150%, not 1 Mill!

Race with a lower PP car, And you will get bigger rewards :) - This is for the new performance difference adjust seasonals.

This is my choice for grinding, its way more fun than doing the Cape Ring event (boring with such a slow car). The 650PP Nurb event gives you 1M and 200k XP if you're on 200% bonus. The good thing is that it's short.

I want to experiment and try some stuff out.

So I did how should i downtune the ferrari? lower the power or add ballast?
And till how much should I downtune it?, any advice?

As we speak im "rubber-banding." Im using the x2011, you have to put all the aeros down to fifty and set the transmission to about 480km/h/300mph. It takes me about 1 lap around Indy to get it set up. I have my TV remote pressing the Enter Key, OH AND MAKE SURE THE DLC JAGUAR RACE CAR IS NOT IN THE RACE OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE. Once you start the race pass everyone till you get on the other straight, then look at your G's at the bottom and make sure they are reading 1/2 or a bit more between the center mark and the #1. Last night I also did the same and made my self about 15 mil and bought my self the 2J Race Car. I have a 200% online sign in bonus so that also helps a lot and im pretty sure you make $172,000. I think all the questions were answered.

Your very welcome. :)

What are those G's you're talking about?

So I start the race and race 1 lap myself without rubberband and then put the rubberband on?
