Hi there!

I've two questions that are bugging me that I'd like to put. Maybe they're ridiculous and due to my inexperience (I only have the game since last week, and I'm starting now the S class events and fine tuning cars...)

1) Racing online, with physics set to PRO, I felt that the same car, on the same track, with the same set-up reacted completely differently for the best. I raced Suzuka (full) on a Ferrari F430 online (against 4 amuse s2000 gt1) and my lap times were about 7/8 seconds faster(?!) than offline (remember same car and track). Why?

2) This one would go specially to other portuguese players out there, but everyone's welcome to give their thoughts. On the fine tune table, on the bottom there's the option to Reset to default settings. Why the **** does it only works if I'm playing the game in English (set system language on PS3 menu to english). In portuguese, the button's there but you cant access it with th cursor. Does this happened to anyone else?

Thanks

It has been discussed before. There is a difference between how the cars behave online and offline. For some cars it's a big difference and for other barely noticeable.

Don't know why that is really

Olá!

1) Once I completed offline mode I went to online mode and never returned so I don't recall any difference. At least, not since the "Rubber Band Effect" was abolished from PRO events.

2) Never had that problem myself and I use portuguese for both the PS3 system and the game's language. That is very strange, are you using a download game or a disc-based one?

Olá conterrâneo,

2) I use a disc-based game, with the spec III updated downloaded. I believe it's something to do with the programming - in portuguese, the "return to default" button is slightly 'faded' compared to all other buttons on the setup mode, and the cursor (arrow) isn't allow to go there (its like the table ends after Final Drive ratio). Turning the system language to english, all is ok.
