I'd like to hear if some of you are interested in some expanding in GT.
In my opionion, car crashes should be more real. There should be more damage and parts falling of cars, shattering glass, bumpers falling off, braking wheeles and body at high speed crashes. More physic and reallity in contacts.
I don't want to talk only about that, but I think all cars should have interior. I'd like to se much more newer and older cars, like Bmw 5 and 7 series but old version. Cars from all around the world, maybe new Rimac Concept One, most powerfull electric car in the world, Ariel Atom, new Ferrari's and Porsche, Tusek and similar cars. Much more tracks from aroud the world. More freedom in track creator, more freedom in tunning car from outside like more spoilers, bumpers and wheels! And if is possible a car creator where people could create there own car from scratch bye any car manufacturer or on their on and call it what ever they like!

We may add the weather and time transitions, the randomized track creator, the save game ability for endurance races plus the rollover even if it needs some effort to get it done. But we need more telemetry. Tires temp knowledge for instance is obligatory for motor racing in order to tune a car correctly.

i think you've got most of it right here

This should be a standard for every sim!

I'd like to se much more newer and older cars[...] Much more tracks from aroud the world.

Is this innovation? I don't think so. I thought you want a new mode or a real innovation we never seen before in a racing game.

We already have several wishlist threads.

This is more evolution than innovation actually. The only innovative thing this Gen is the GT Academy imo.

GT TV?

I would like to see a series of races where GT Academy participants are used as the AI... I'm sure their times have been recorded, use some of those times as the benchmark to beat. Have some sort of leveling process, starting with qualifiers, then top 1000, top 500, etc., etc. This is just a rough idea, please expand on it if you wish, as I'm just winging it...

Just an idea as I do think the AI needs to be tougher in A-Spec. If this has been covered already, accept my appologies. I rarely enter the GT6 forum.

Have a good one

GT TV?

No GT TV is not as known as GT Academy is...As far as I know. Uncharted kind of has the same idea as GTTV anyway, and I think GT TV was not all that original to begin with. And so far they made huge headlines with Ordonez at Le Mans.

I'd like PD to "BRING BACK" the different LSD types (I.E. 1.5) that were present in GT2 and GT3 games.

It would be nice to see camber, toe, spring rate and ride height/damper settings for each wheel vice just front and back wheels.

I would like to see more filtering ability when selecting what tuning parts can or cannot be used to tune cars for races on-line. For example, you should be able to allow or disallow each tuning part when staging an on-line race.

The current race selection criteria are just too strict. The host should be able build a car profile using any part or parts they see fit. The exception should be racing cars which to some extent come with pre-determined equipment for the type of racing they do.

And please let us change the wheels, spoilers and extension body parts without being it being classified as a tuned vehicle. Those options do not change the cars performance in the game. So there should be no penalty for using them. Unless of course PD plans to incorporate lip spoilers and extension characteristics into the games physics model.

Racing cars and race modifications should be restricted to racing tires period. And the physics should make driving each type of car appropriately challenging. Who in real life would drive a car capable of obtaining over 190 MPH on “comfort” tires?

Introduce GT1, 2 and 3 racing along with liveries to support it. In fact give players the means to design personal liveries if desired.

For “race car” on-line races introduce rules (flag conditions) for each type of racing done on GT. Better definition of cutting penalities is needed for every track. Some cutting penalties are ridiculous.

Allow creation of “Replica” cars giving the tuner the ability to modify engine torque, wheel size, spoiler types, and paint schemes.

Bring back manufacturer or aftermarket parts list and tuning shops like TRD, Mazda Speed or Calloway to be used for customizing cars. Each shop should be unique and have unique parts. And hopefully the physics will reflect what you have tuned into the car.

Finally, bring the best fictional track the game ever had, SPECIAL STAGE ROUTE 11. Thank You.:)

TUNING
More options to tune with; increase your aero with full dry carbon fiber undertray diffuser, adjustable front and rear diffusers, winglets, rear spoilers with gurney flaps, etc

Little trinkets we love, like fully-functional display dashes, illuminating shift lights, (MoTeC, Racepak etc.) so that you can face without using your HUD or pausing, turning on Display All, and unpausing the game.

Miscellaneous parts like carbon-ceramic brakes, air ducts for brakes and engines for better cooling, steering wheels, carbon-alcantra dashboards, to add personal customization.

Transmission upgrades; sequential manual, sequential paddle, H-shift 6-gear etc.

Engine swaps; only compatible with select engines from the same manufacturer

RACE MODIFICATIONS
All cars (should) have an option called “Race Modifications” that further brings out the potential abilities the car has. The shape of the body is selectable from multiple options, instead of using a universal shape; each body is specific for multiple disciplines, the choices being Time Attack, Drift, Drag, Touring, Rally, Stock Car, and Street. The engine is left untouched; players have the option to upgrade it with one-off race-specific parts.

TRACKS
Every track is weather and time-variable

A complete graphical boost towards environmental structures (grass, full-rendered spectators, high-quality pits)

SHADER MODEL
Needs more definition; in some areas, it can look like Legos, but wherein some they are smooth and/or sharp

ENDURANCE RACES
Prizes; don't aim for 1st place; Special Events pay at a higher rate per hour than any endurance race in GT5; I say, if any of us were to complete a full 24 hours of driving, then we should get a 1st place-quality reward, no matter what position you finished.

A.I.
[Insert generic bashing about Gran Turismo 5's Zombie-A.I.]

Have more to add later on, but for now this is it.

A lot of the time when I go to tune a car, I buy all the parts. Therefore I hope for a "BUY ALL PERFORMANCE PARTS" button. There also needs to be far more car customization because that way each player can make his/her cars truly unique to themselves. By this I mean a livery creator, more bodykits/spoilers, more performance parts with brands (eg. turbos), drivetrain and engine swaps which are realistic.

I think GT TV should expand so you can save and edit your replays and even cut out little bits of serveral replays to make a promo type video. You should also be able to add commentary and have the ability to upload it straight from you PS3 to your youtube account.

More up-to-date GT3 cars are needed and also drag racing. Also a Event creator is a must. Speaking of events, I think there should be multi-class races and endurance races. That makes it far more realistic and also adds the fun of avoiding slower/faster cars.

A-spec should include drifting, drag racing, hillclimbs/rally as well as regular track racing. You should be able to select driver type at the start of you career. eg. Racer, Drag Racer, Drifter, Hillclimber/Rally.
Depending on which Driver Type you select, Cars that are used/good for that discipline of racing should be cheaper to buy, but you get more money if you do well in a race that's not your discipline. It would also be good if you accationally get special one off events popping up for extra cash which you have the choice to enter, kind of like invitational events in NFS Shift. This would add a wider range of possibilities and game life to the game.

Reality Mode

When you go into the main menu, there should be GT TV, Track Creator, Arcade Mode, GT Mode (original), and GT Mode (Reality).

Reality mode would be just like GT mode with different events. You would have to gain your international track licenses before you can race certain cars. The cars would be priced at their real life costs and the earnings from early races are lower, and more realistic. Tuning parts would cost what they would in real life.

If you crash a car during a race, you would need to pay to get it repaired. This would stop aggressive drivers who use other cars to bounce off. If you total a car, then that car sits in your garage in the totaled state and you can't use it but have the option to sell it cheap as scrap metal or take undamaged performance parts off and put them on other cars that you own.

You would also have to pay for tyres and fuel for each race, but occasionally have lucky sponsorship deals which means you have to display the sponsor's sticker somewhere on you car, but you don't have to pay for fuel/tyres. eg. BP sticker=free fuel, Pirelli sticker=free tyres. This idea could also be applied to performance parts.

Races lengths would vary, not constantly 5 laps, or 3 laps. Sometimes you would get a bonus for winning a race or a free car. Endurance races would be non-pausable.

When you go on-line, you will be able to vs players using Relaity Mode and Regular GT Mode, but an icon would be displayed to show you are using reality mode. That way, people would be like "wow, that guy must be real good, coz he's using a Benley Speed 12 in Reality mode! holy ****!!"

I think this mode would be a good addition to GT6.

If there are engine swaps I wouldnt want it limited in this way. If its possible I would like to do it. RB26 powered Supra, Chevy V8 powered Silvia drift car, F22C Vtec powered Trueno... ect. I am torn about this option though since in a way it takes away from alot of what GT is and has been.

Manufacturers will never allow that, only engine swaps amongst their own brands. In real life they have no control on what people do but in a game they won't want to see someone else engine powering their car.

What is GT? I ask because so far GT has been slowly adding more things to the series like customization...for what it's worth. I mean, Kaz has also been thinking about including a livery editor for GT6.
