I didn't laugh at all....
The sound is sampled (or just blatantly ripped off) of another post, by Josh I think, that featured "how to cook minute rice" That sound is what the Honda Civic made as it raced another car (Volkswagen I think?)
I tried searching for it, but I couldn't remember the topic...

Well excuse me! It's just meant to be a laugh Tom! I never saw the posts you were referring to otherwise I wouldn't have posted this one. At the end of the day if you get a laugh out of it - Cool, and if you don't or have seen it before - Unlucky!!
