Integra Type R

I just bought an Integra Type R, but I'm using it for Arcade mode. My friend's gonna try to beat me in an RX-7. I can drive way better than he can, but I wanna beat him so bad that I almost lap him. Anyone have any ITR settings for speed and acceleration?

the RX-7 WILL win....

if ur talkin' fully tuned....the RX-7 will win off of PURE SPEED

yea, the fully tuned rx-7's got +700hp, the ITR got maybe 350hp max

Hey, atleast he's trying...
I beat my friend in a Corvette C5 and I was driving an Integra Type-R. Keep in mind though this is stock VS stock, not fully tuned.
It's all about skill baby! (and NO my buddy isn't THAT bad at driving)

You are going to have to be MUCH better than your friend. Even with similar HP figures. You will have to tweek your trans to equal or come close to his top end. The ITR is geared to be quick, but not all that fast.
You will also have to tweek the rear suspension to be a lot looser so the Integra won't push thru the corners.

Of course if you are a better driver and tuner you have a fair to good chance of winning.

Well, I raced my brother at Laguna Seca in my ITR. It is fully tuned, 48x hp. His RX-7 was also tuned, but I'm not sure how much. I beat him pretty easily. If you can handle the car well, you have a good chance. A 48x hp Integra doesn't like to turn very much, so you have really concentrate on learning how to throw the car into a corner.

i would say race him a a coarse where there are slow corners an such so he cant get up any speed an if you are the better driver that will help you also Rome Circut mabe ? or Cot'ed Azure ?as fro settiing ill have my type r's up tommarow
