iPhone/Touch app download error

So just yesterday I downloaded the GTPlanet app on my iPod Touch. When the download was about to start, I was asked to go see the new Terms and Conditions. It directed me to it, clicked OK right away (on page 1 of 65...) and I them go back to the home screen to wait for the app to install. The app doesn't install and there is only one page of apps (the GTP app was on a second page) and the app didn't install, though the App Store says it is. I'm fine browsing the site in just a regular web browser, but I wanted the app for convenience and I know I'm not out of memory (I have an 8GB pod). Could someone help me?

The app is so good bye the way.

Turn it off and then back on. Then if no good, delete it and reload.
