Exactly. I just truly hope it works out. I want to get the US forces to a minimum ASAP, but it's still not going to be quick.

Good luck to the 95% of Iraqi's that actually want peace in their nation.

This is a great sign, but I hope the insurgents don't try and prove it is a failure by attacking that one province non-stop.


It is good to see that the Iraqis are taking their newfound freedom to heart.

Kudos to the folks in Iraq! It is a step-by-step process, and hopefully within the next few years we can limit our presence to just a few thousand soldiers in Iraq like what we have in Germany or Japan.
