I have just purchased a PS3 package deal [360 Gb H/d + GT5 ] I am finding the car spec's hard to read as they are blurry & when I zoom , the info I need disappears off screen . I have an LG 42" LCD 1080i & HDMI connected . All downloads done & do not have this problem when using the same cable for my X box 360 & FM3 . After seeing all our members comments on the graphics of GT5 & GT5P I am thinking PS3 might be faulty . Is anyone else finding these menu's too small & blurry ? [clear when zoom used ]:confused:

Try forcing your PS3 to use 720p maybe? You can do this by unticking 1080p as an available resolution in the display options menu. GT5 is 1280x1080 upscaled IIRC, so it might be the fact that your TV is 1080i that is the problem. Make sure your TV is 1080i and not 1080p though, if it's actually 1080p then I have no clue what the problem could be unfortunately.

Yeah they're blurry for me but I'm not using an HD TV and zoom can fix it ,remember you can use the right analogue stick to move around when in zoom.

Thanks for the hint , and will check settings as my TV is only 1080i .
Many thanks to both suggestions :):)

This worked & thanks Fusion . 👍 I thought something was wrong when I was setting up , I could not get corners into place , now 1080i & much clearer but now the zoom does not work but I don't need it .:)

Thanks Ozi
