is anyone starting some kind of race league for gt5p

i would love to join some sort of league after the U.S. release of gt5p. i have never been involved in anything like this before. i'm sure though that they are out there somewhere and that someone is already getting it setup. it would be great to be able to get together with a group of other racers who want to have some real racers without people acting like idiots. it would also be cool to keep records and give out awards of some kind. especially since i would be winning most of the time.
