Is B-Spec broken?

hi guys, hope someone can tell me what the story is with logging into the gran-turismo website. The site is down for maintainance, but are others racing through the web site???

Very frustrating, anyone have any answers so i know whats going on?

I can only imagine that my email is different, but when i try to create a new account i also get the "site is down for maintainance" message. Has it been down long?

AU domain selection is broken for me as well. Appears the only the /eu.gran is down as I access other nation links that do not rely on/eu (Asia & NA)
 
I go through Hong Kong and still have the 'server is down for maintained', I've had this happening for a long time. I wish I would get sorted because now I can only RR from my sofa when I'm in the same room as the PS3.

so are you able to remote race through the other locations? i assume you cant.
 
It's down for me as well, I'm EU located. Hope they will bring it up soon again.

EDIT: Try selecting United States if you are using the widget. That did it for me.

I think i worked out what the prob is...

i was able to log in through the US, but i think that my email is different to my PS3 email, so i get the message

The prob is that when i try to set up a new account i still get the "network is down" message.

Oh well, looks like will have to keep the kids racing bspec from the lounge room.!!
 
You can login under any Location ID to the US web site servers.
The problem is the remote racing and GT HOME sites is down On EU and Asia pacific servers.
you get a blank page.
When the site goes buy buy so does the widget the next time it trys to update the account.
For the widget you need to change the server location.
For the web site you just change 2 letters to go to US site.

https://us.gran-turismo.com/


Then login...
Notice the US flag

On EU and Asia servers
All of GT Home has been removed
4 lines of HTML resulting in Blank Page.

<head></head>
<body></body>
</html>

Even if you try to connect to an old url in browser history the same blank page appears.
 
When this happens, like others have said just change your country on the widget. I went Japan from US and it is working now. US Servers are down.

Thank you. I'm in EU and successful logged into myhome in 'green area' servers.
I wasn't hosting races for days!!!!

Thanks Graphite 👍 I couldn't log in via the website this morning, using the UK country selector, but I have now logged in using the US site.

Nice GraphiteGB! Couldn't really be bothered before, but now that I've switched back to Singapore (had been using Australia for quite some time now), it's all working again for me.

Those using servers and GT Home page in locations in the Red boxes may be experiencing site down time on GT5 Home.
This downtime can also effect the Remote race Widget.
Using the sites and servers not in a red box will restore normal use.​

Did not stay fixed for long...
 
I can't even run a race straight from my ps3 but everything else on gt5 works fine any idea's? Just gets stuck on the loading screen, i've tried different races and drivers about 10 times!
