Hi. I have a Bob in level 36. His career bar (the gray one) is full, which gave me a trophy, but now his speed and his mental strength have gone down. I can see that around half a centimeter or something of the green bars are now grayed out in the end. Do anyone know what this does? I have no record of his lap times before, so i can't really test if he is slower.
Is Bob getting old?

My bob is lvl 36 has done 267 races from which he has won 255. His Character is in the middle with a millimeter on the cool side. So it might have something to do with that. Or maybe because i haven't used him for a while. Right now i am using my hothead, also lvl 36 to do the dream car championship. I basically only use the one who is getting old for the endurance races. But he has done 90+ races more then any other of my drivers, because he was my first.

But what I was trying to establish is if the strength bars were showing the hatched "reduction" bars. I can see that those bars have not reached the top but not if they had started to reduce from the maximum they reached.
(I hope this makes sense, Most of my bobs have their stats bars start to reduce {hatch} well before they reach level 40.)
