Is it just me or is the analogue throttle/brake input overly sensitive?

I don't have access to the full game yet so maybe this is adjustable, was just messing around with the Music Rally, but I noticed driving the Cobra that when I was at like... half throttle the read out for throttle input was at max input, same with the brakes.

Sadly you can't adjust sensitivity. Even on wheel and pedals, I was hoping you could adjust the sensitivity as some cars felt extremely throttle happy. All you can do for pedals as well is change the deadzone.

Are you talking about a controller or wheel / pedal setup? On m PS5 using the DualSense controller, it's not that way at all.

Sure, there is some initial take up and extra range at the end at max accel / braking but not close to half way.

Really? I couldn't do anything else besides that.
Unless I'm misunderstanding you but I got to set my load cell pedals to 89% and it was a great quality of life update. I even got a bit faster!

You should find it in the same section as the pedal dead zone adjustment.

I shall check tomorrow.

the settings for the pedals are under "pedal calibration". you open the magnifying glass icon in the top left corner, then controls, then pedals or something like that
When did they add that? Assuming it works for the G29 I'll have to do some adjustments.

It's under controller settings in options and the far right setting allows you too calibrate your pedals and add dead zones etc

I don't understand..it's definitely there. It allows you to press on the pedal to your desired max input.
That's it then. That's the setting I'm talking about. Aside from the deadzone, you can merely limit the max input somewhere along the pedal travel, instead of an actual sensitivity where the throttle response is slower towards max throttle.

Oh, I see. I didn't even know that could be a thing.

Yeh some games have it in imagine a graph its usually a straight diagonal line and you adjust the curve of the line good example would be the crew 2 (found a quick vid to see what i mean)
