Is it possible to reinstall Forza 7 on PC without re-downloading it?

Does anyone know if it is possible to reinstall Forza 7 on the PC without having to redownload the 95 gigs?

Or does anyone know if there is a way to move it from one drive to another without reinstalling it?

I would imagine that with whatever DRM they are using, you'll probably find it impossible to copy it on to another drive without signing in with your details and downloading it again.
