What I understand if I bought two of the October DLC I will get the Toyota FT-86 II, but I only bought Competent Pack.

So my question is it to late to buy any October DLC pack and will I get the car?

I bought the full pack on 2 accounts at release and then purchased more suits and paint for first account and got the bonus's. After the update I purchased more paints and suits for second account but didnt get bonus.
