Is it worth pre ordering???

Is it worth pre ordering gran turismo 7??? Because I want to have progression in the game. I have seen some gameplay but they start with 20,000 credits but have to complete races to unlock cars and other events. Can you just bypass this with the bonuses you get for pre ordering???
