Is porsche confirmed for GT5?

I'm asking this because I read in GT psp in a car description a reference to a porsche model, the 911. I can't remember the car that has it, but it actually said the name porsche 911 GT3.

If I'm thinking right, since GT can't or wouldn't use car brands for which they don't have the liscense to use, this means there will possibly be porsche's cars in GT5.

What do you think?

EDIT: I just read the RUF car description, they all have references to the original models. Can they do that?

Yes, they can do that. No, Porsche will not be in GT5.
