Another bug, or bizarre intentional design: When tuning, a lot of the upgrades seem to obviously be in stages, yet when you choose a higher level the ones below get uninstalled. Not talking about tires or body upgrades either, but about engine and exhaust, etc.

I don't recall the specifics, but if you install a catback exhaust, and then install new headers, the catback goes away. It seems like the catback should stay, or the wording of the upgrades should change so it includes the lower stage too or something. Seems a bit odd.
