Is the 15th anniversary edition worth it, now that the dlc codes have expired?

I bought the anniversary edition used, thinking the extra content was already included on the disc. Looks like I may have been wrong and should have just gotten the standard edition. Standard edition would have been cheaper. Any info would be greatly appreciated on the subject.

JFYI: additional content usually never is on the printed disc - this way they only need to have a single master press which makes the process cheaper.

Is it worth it? That is up to you as you already have the disc anyway.
