I got a little problem.. I've played GT for a while and I really, really wan't a steering wheel for it now (have used Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP for PC before), but can't really figure out, if the G25 is really good for GT5:

I really wan't the G25 becourse of the manuel transmission, good materials and the fact that I can use it for PC too. My question is just if it is just as good for GT5 Prologue as the DFGT, since theres no in-game setting for it. I'm aware of the weaker FFB, but how does the precision and/or accuracy in the G25 compare to the DF'ers in GT5? (if you forget about other benefits of both wheels - only the feeling in the wheel itself ;P)

I just need to know that Logitech G25 is just as good/precise in Gran Turismo as any other similar wheel; and I will buy it. I'm also aware of the possible upcomming G27, but if the G25 still can be compared (even with the lack of "support" of the game) I really can't wait for a new one.. :)

the g25 wheel is great for gt5p with only some feedback problems so it will be good for gt5 too,but check out the fanatic porsche 911 wheel very good too OR wait for g27:tup:

Thanks.. As I said though, I'm not really sure that I can wait for a G27, since it is not even official yet. :P
I think I'm going for the G25, but I would just like to hear from someone who have tried that wheel and the Driving Force GT against each other, and know if the STEERING in the G25 is just as good as the supported DFGT...

One more thing: If I choose to go for the top model, should I set it as Driving Force Pro in the game (as many other said you should) or should I set it to the previous mentioned Driving Force GT which is newer?
Thanks..

There is no lack of support, you can use all functions. Under options, change settings for DFP -> will work with G25.

G25 works even better than DFGT.

Thank you ;)
Just read another answer elsewhere, where the Driving Force is propossed as a "charper" wheel to a cheaper price...
Maybe It's the DFGT anyway. ;P
