Is there a problem with PAL version?

I had Japanese Download version...There was nothing problem with frame rate..The game was smooth..I deleted it then i bought Bluray PAL version..I downloaded Spec 3 update. I didnt look the game before update. This game is weird about FPS. Frame rate is too low..What is because of this? Must i Re download update? I cant play it.. Jpn DL version looked better..

There are some framerate problems since the Spec III update.
Did you had the update on your download version?

Yes I downloaded JPN DL version SPEC 3 update. There was no FPS problem...But This PAL version has FPS problem in ARcade mode.
