Is there any coffee machine repair genius's on here

When my last one broke, I bought a new one from WalMart.

A few whack with a baseball bat should repair it. :sly::P

I studied coffee machine mating habits in the wild for 2 years. Ask me anything.

The issue is, we don't know why it isn't working. What's blocked? Is it not heating up? Does the frother not work? We need a little more detail please.

@unitedstomper
Well no, a vinegar solution actually works as a de-scaling agent. Good chance that's what it needs.
You won't get any serious answers or help unless you at least explain the fault with it.

Have you actually googled the model and fault? Probably someone out there had the same problem.

This is from the user guide*

Troubleshooting Guide

In event trouble is happen on machine step wall away from electricitys

If machine work good then code for fault is 0.

If machine work not then fault for code is 1.

Get code for code and post on race simulation site for helping.

OP, you need to give us more info, we're experts :D

And +1 for vinegar, it really works! ;)

Most coffee makers now a days are throw away models. Not many apart from high end ones are worth the time or money to service when a new one can be had for so cheap. I recommend just purchasing a new one. An auto drip Mr. Coffee 12 cup model will go for a mere $15 US at Wal-Mart (ASDA for you brits). I've seen smaller ones for even less. If your current machine is valuable and worthy of being serviced, then just set it aside until you can afford it. Or pitch it in the bin and get a new one. It's near impossible to diagnose things like this on a forum. Besides, you can't afford me. This advise today is free, but next time it'll cost you. :sly:

Oh and vinegar works because it contains acetic acid, which works to dissolve the mineral scale into solution. There's more efficient cleaners at stores that do a much better job and don't leave behind that smell. Unless you don't mind your coffee maker smelling like a jar of pickles for a few days that is. 👍

If you can't help don't comment
Cheers

Don't bother asking for help if you're going to insult us. That's moronic.

Good job actually making a thread explaining what the problem is so that people can help you. (not)
