Is there any visual difference between matt black and matte black?

For example how the color reflects light or something. I don't have a matte black paint chip so I can't make the comparison myself.

I don't even see a difference when you're talking about hue, maybe the only difference between the two is the way you obtain them.

mat black (frs) matt black (lfa) matte black (gran turismo)

all the same exact laquer. 👍 👍

a common misconception however is the Amg monza grau magno. this isnt flat, but semi-gloss.

Alright thanks guys! :) I use Matt Black from the LFA as a 'cheap' - the LFA don't come cheap :ill: - alternative to Matte Black. But the cars painted will have like a white shine on it, I don't know how to describe. It just doesn't look like the matte on that High End Performance G37.

Yes I noticed that too, about the G37, the flat black on that looks so much better

Oh well, what can you do
