Is there any way to get the 15th Anniversary cars if I didn't pre-order?

The title is pretty self-explanatory.

I didn't have a chance to pre-order my copy of GT6. Now that all these 15th Anniversary hot lap seasonal events are being released, it really bugs me that I can't compete in them. Is there any way to get my hands on the 15th Anniversary cars at this point?

P.S.: Sorry if this was answered in a previous thread, I searched and couldn't find a thing.

From what I understand Gamestop is selling that version currently for 39.99$

It's the anny edition with the pre-ordered cars.

I'm to the understanding that its limited time only as well.

Purchased for me as a present so not all details but... (via Amazon) game + torque pack + precision pack + 1 million Cr. Each pack contains 5 cars but no HSV honda. Anyone know how to get the HSV and if I need to buy a pack then which pack. Thanks.

yes i got the normal edition but i for some reason they gave me a code for the velocity pack aswell , and on ebay i founded 3 more other packs , now i need only 1 more pack and i got all the 25 extra cars

Well idk where they hand out freebies and I'm not sure what ppl are offering via EBay. That being said.. You wouldn't be paying 70.00$ to purchase the game again. As I stated above GameStop is doing the Anny edition for 39.99$.. You simply trade in the copy you own already toward the purchase on the offered discounted edition...
You'll pay what.. 35$ at most this way.
You may find cheaper doin the EBay route.. Assuming you'll trust a stranger to sell you legit codes.
Either way I don't see you spending 70.00$.
The real question here should've been... How bad do you want these Anny cars for seasonal races???

If they were "rip-off artists" then you'd get nothing for your money. Look, I don't like pre-order bonuses either but gamers showed that they'd gladly pay more and/or pre-order for some bit of digital fluff or other. A LOT of companies took notice and decided to do the same thing. It's a financial decision based on the buying habits of target consumers, that's all. If you want these bonuses to end then you'll need to convince everyone around the world that patience is a virtue and curb their egos. Do you see that happening? I don't.

All that being said I still pre-ordered (2 days before release) from Gamestop (which I hate) to get all 25 anniversary cars and paid for next day shipping to have it at my door on release day.

See that sentence? I broke three of my rules making that sentence true:
1. NEVER pre-order!
2. NEVER buy anything from Gamestop!
3. NEVER pay more for shipping than you absolutely have to. (ie: be patient and wait for the package to arrive in 5-7 days)

Why? Because for once I was going to be there from the start and get the best pack available. I only got to play a year of GT5 and missed a great deal. That was not happening with GT6.
