Is there much comparision between the new Group C Grp1 cars and Grp2 (Super GT)?

As stated above, wanted to know if there is much comparison between the two sets of cars. I know the Group C cars are much faster down the straight, but i would guess they aren't too good on the twisty stuff. Wanted to know so see if its worth trying to have a multi class race with them, having the group c cars tear down the straight to get caught by the corners might make for fun racing.

They're actually competitive; their Nordschleife times are less than 10 seconds apart. If you nerf the Gr.C's power by a little they would race very well together. IMO.

TT at Dragon Trail says it all.

Just run everything stock. No BoP/Default. TCS 3(except the Gr. 4 GT-R) , manual, Controller.
Considering that Group C gets their hp down to ~780 when BoP'd, I'd say that Gr. 2 probably even has a chance to outpace them

So far, this is what I get

The TS050 time was actually a bit slow to start(I do one "warm up" lap and then one flier). My warm up lap was quicker than my flying lap. It's a bully at this track.

The GT-R felt good. Thought it would beat the R92CP. Where's as in the R92CP, I have to wait for TCS to catch up.

The Audi understeers so much. Like it has CS tyres and those 2.2 gears to the TS050's 3.0 gears, don't help. Would definitely be quicker if I were more tidy at corner entry.

Man I was really hoping the GT-R would kill the Group C :(
I had similar results at Yamagiwa. 1:20 in a Sauber vs 1:23 in a GT-R. I thought as well the GT-R would be faster because I was carrying so much speed over the corners than the Sauber, but in the end the brute force of the latter gave it a better time :grumpy:
