Use Race Soft tires and take it easy.

Could you give a bit more informations?
Which tune do you use? Which tires go flat first (rear/front)? Do you use aids? Get the tires sometimes red during the race? ect.

What track, what are your lap times, how long are the tires lasting, who's tune are you using(if it's your own, then use someone else's)
It all really comes down, to not driving like an idiot, save your tires by coasting more, braking sooner, with less pressure, accelerating later and slower, never go full throttle until 3rd gear, draft as much as possible, use as little steering input as possible. Stuff like that.

he is talking about b-spec i guess, because you simply can't kill your tires in the a-spec dtm races.

B-Spec?
Ok, that's easy! Just give your bob the advice to drive slower!
