So, a Japanese truck maker Isuzu had been creating weird, but cool concept cars back over the decades. And now, back in 1991, Isuzu had created this curvy super, er truck, called the Como. The Como was shown back at the 29th Tokyo Motor Show in 1991, 2 years after the 4200R (which is recreated for GT5). The Como is designed by Simon Cox, who is now in Infiniti with Nakamura (which he is a former designer for Isuzu). Its engine is a Lotus-powered mid-mounted 3.5-liter V12 F1 engine that charges up to 740hp. The Como has a 2+2 seating layout, like the 4200R, with a Lambo-like scissor doors, and a "decent size cargo bed", just like a pickup truck. Isuzu called ute a "grand sports-utility vehicle." But in 1993, Isuzu has scrapped the developement of a sports car, in favor on manufacturing SUVs and passenger cars with a rebadge Honda cars until in 2002, Isuzu has decided to focus on commercial vehicles until now. However, in 2001 Isuzu has revived the Como name, but as a rebadged Nissan Caravan, not a super ute. So who wants an Yamaha OX99-11 rival, F1-powered ute in GT6 or future GTs? If you want this monster ute, then vote now!
