it really suck to quick at 72 lap?

man i totally screw when i did the endurance lap at tokyo route. it was like 4:30 am and i played game for 9 hours straight and suddenly i smelled like something is burn then i smell at my ps2. i keep think it would burn if i tried to play to 100. So i turned it off and i was 1ST. it really suck..

haha, i was playing one for 3 hours, paused the game, went to sleep, woke up the next morning, went to work, came back home, smelled something, it was the PS2 separate power adaptor shell got melted but not through. So I resumed the game, finished it saved it and turned it off for 2 days. Now the adaptor's shell has something sticking out like a sore thumb. ;)

last night I was an hour into one endurance race when I moved my foot (which I didn't notice was wrapped by my controller cable) and it dropped off the entertainment center about a foot and a hlaf off the ground yanking out the apadter going to the TV but not the poser cable.  I was speechless then I plugged it back in and was still in my race

I was so many laps up that I was still OK
:)

ah, my PS2 is from Japan. It's got the 110v adaptor. I need a separate power adaptor to convert 220v to 110v. I have been using that since my first PS 4 years ago. Don't worry, you guys don't need it. And it costs only US$40 to replace one. The shell I meant is just the plastic box of that adaptor. The metal plated inside got too hot and almost melted though.

damn, talking about long races. I just checked out the Polyphony Digital Cup. 20laps each for 10 races....so there goes 200 laps with my new stock Viper GTSR Concept.

how did u get the Viper GTSR Concept.
                   thanks

Put your PS2 on some cool surface, not on your bed!
Buy a vertical stand will be a good solution. Keep your PS2 on in a hot room on a hot summer day will cause a melt down!
