shmogt 5,812 shmogt Dec 22, 2011 #2 Is your iPhone fine? Restart the computer, check for any new updates to computer or iTunes, still nothing works go to apple site and download iTunes again. Your stuff shouldn't be deleted but it should fix the freezing.

PHCharls 589 Manila Dec 22, 2011 #3 Yes, My iPhone is fine, I did but it still won't work. I checked it on google and alot of people have this problem too. Ill try to re install it. Well it works now without re installing the iTunes. Last edited: Dec 22, 2011
