I've tried searching but to no avail....

Sorry if this is a repost! I tried searching and yeah, couldn't find what I wanted, anyway...my question is does anybody have or know of any settings for the Amuse CarbonR to lessen or better yet prevent tire spin at WOT 1-3rd? The catch though is, is that the Skyline is running on S-tires (soft compound), no slicks, and of course TCS and ASM off...so yeah, anyone know of or have settings for this situation? If it's not possible, please don't beat around the bush and just tell me straight up "sucks for you, keep the slicks". Thanks

Wide Open Throttle 1-3rd gear, I have no problem with the handling at all, just that 1-3rd gear you're always spinning tires...not very convenient when coming out of corners that have to be taken between those three gears, I'd have to exit at 1/2 throttle sometimes less, which is ridiculous. I should at LEAST be exiting at 3/4 throttle but can't because of the tire spin, so i'm wondering if there is a solution via the LSD, or gearing, or hell...maybe even the suspension. But like I said before...I might just suck at life and the only solution is to put back slicks....

ON the LSD turn the Accel up. meaning that there will be less slipage under acceleration. U can always turn the TCS up to 1 that helps quite a bit actually.

How much hp have you added (what turbo stage)? Settle for less hp and wheelspin will not be problem.

I'm only running on the stock turbo. The only thing I've bought for it is the racing suspension, LSD, racing tranny, and a rollcage. I've been able to make 53'798" on Tsukuba (I win!! I broke the HKS all carbon Evos record of 54'***"!! Too bad this isn't the real Tsukuba Super Lap :P) with intermediate slicks, but I'd like to be able to meet or break my record using S-tires.

The rollcage can actually be your problem here. The car is so stiff that bodyroll (or actually bodytwitch) is virtually nothing, wich means grip suffers somewhat. And even more so on S tyres! If you don´t want to get a new car, I suggest som added weight to the rear of the car (20kg, tops), and pretty soft damping and springs. Also fiddle with the LSD settings.

Possibly, but lower gear as in making it tall or long?
tall or long is for first and last gear differences, it doesn't matter. What I am talking about is finding the first gear and final drive combination that don't make the tire slipping. If the tire spin occur when using 1st gear that can reach 40mph, then try to use 1st gear that can reach 80mph, or maybe 1st gear that can reach 120mph .............
To make low first gear, use high final drive when using auto slider, use low final drive after that.

Acceleration will suffer a great deal from doing that, since the torque is probably not very present in low rpm´s, and so he will suffer lag, even with a stock turbo.

Quite right and the Carbon R is certainly going to suffer in this way.

It should not be forgotten that this car, even with the 'stock' turbo is kicking out a lot of power, and as with other cars of this nature it may simply not be possiable to go wide open throttle in lower gears even after playing around with the gear ratios.

Stickier rubber will help, but you have said you want to run of S3's (soft sports tyres), which can only cope with so much power. The gear ratios will help to point, but beyond that its down to either TCS or better throttle control.

thanks everyone for your advice! I've tried almost everything suggested and i guess I'll just have to stick with my 58'***" on S tires :boggled: oh well, can't say that I tried, guess the cars power is just to intense for S tires. At least the car rules hard with slicks!
