With an oddball appearance that somewhat resembles a Land Rover Defender and Mercedes G-Wagen fused together, the Massif is a Giugiaro-designed 4x4 which was intended for the military and utility markets. There were multiple versions available, but I am here suggesting the fastest model, the HPT turbocharged 174 bhp, 3 litre diesel. Over its four year production run, less than 8,000 Massif's were built, so it it something of a rarity in the SUV world...
