Jaaaaag XJ13 - no campaign races to compete in?

So, I finally saved up enough to get the Jag. It’s always been my favorite car, it’s gorgeous, sounds incredible and handles very well. I just bought it, haven’t actually driven it yet. My disappointment is that there are no campaign races to take it in, that I can find. Maybe I’m missing something? Anyway, I’ll have to settle for Arcade mode to get it tuned right for race night. Also, if anyone has a tune for it that would be great!

You can always do a custom race with it however every other car will also be the Jag your racing against. Should sound good though with that many of them on the track.

Yeah this is the problem with that catch all Gr. X class. It excludes it from pretty much anything except custom race which as stated above by Rinsky, you can only do one make races. Kinda frustrating.

Haha yeah that’s true. I just did a couple arcade races and it definitely put a smile on my face. 16 would do something similar

Yeah, that is annoying. My IRL friends and I get together for a race night once a week, so thankfully I’ll be able to show it off then.
FYI to anyone who plans on getting it - you’ll need about 60,000-70,000 mileage points if you want to upgrade it fully. I had 29,000 and I did all but one power upgrade. I need another 3,000 to get the last one on power.

That's why I haven't bought it, or the Ferrari. I've been practicing Rinksy's method of selecting cars on the prize wheel for when it shows up. 👍

Hopefully PD could maybe bring back the historic racing car championship. Problem is that there's like 2 historic racecars in the game

Honestly, that is the reason this was the first GT I didn’t buy within a week or so of release (Other than GT1 before I got a Playstation). I love the older cars, and I would love the historic championship to come back. They have an alright selection of older cars now, with the Pantera, Alpine, etc. The GT40 is close to a race car.... For the next update I would love Sarthe and the GT40 Mark IV. Have that, the P4 and the Jag down Mulsanne side by side....💡👍....sorry, I’ve gotten off topic.
