Good morning guys. It seems that Jack Spade has developed an FFB modifying files of the game for PC and according to comment users who have tested it assure that the game FFB is brutal, at the height of the best simulators like Corsican assetto. iracing, etc. or even surpassing them. My question is if you think that the creators of the games will see this and apply it to the game officially or will they create something similar to improve the FFB of the game and that we can enjoy a better experience the console users ?. This is the link for you to look at those who do not know this. Greetings and good races to all.

Doubt it, Jack done all sorts of settings to PCars 1 and the devs didnt incorporate any of it.

If jack has been able to improve ostensibly the sensations of the steering wheel, always in words of those who have tried it, I am a user of ps4, I think that the developers of the game would also be able to do even better. Otherwise it would be disappointing that being able to make an epic game does not improve the feedback of the game, for me very improveable. I want to be able to say the same thing that has been said by PC users who have used that improvement, and it seems like a totally different game and impressive feedback

Spade's modification files/settings were really critical to getting passable ffb for PC1. Spades files greatly improved what was pretty bad out of the box ffb performance. That said, the files weren't based on more than approximations of what cars should feel like given the output the game was providing. Surely Jack hasn't driven all those cars. PC2 ffb at it's roots is based on feedback provided to SMS by professional drivers, across cars and tracks. In some cases with very specific knowledge, and in other cases a professional drivers educated opinion. Out of the box, PC2 ffb is immeasurably (in the large sense) better than PC1, even with the Spade files (IMO.) Kudos to Mr. Spade for giving ffb life in PC1, but ffb is alive and well in PC2 with the help of hands on professionals.

It's very nice everything you say. After trying PC2, I spent 1day configuring the feedback with friends to have the best feelings (all have returned to AC) and not get anything that comes close to the feelings of AC. Seriously do you want me to believe that a professional driver has given the ok to those driving sensations ?. What would that pilot think when he tries AC, Iracing. By the way, great drivers like the brother of Lewis Hamilton, with a long automotive career?, LOL, yes yes. Pure marketing. Seriously, the game has very good content and physics, but the feedback is really disappointing. I invite you to play for a while to PC2 and then give some turns with AC.

Hi Gamba pelà!

Yes,Assetto got a really good FFB, but the development team of assetto said that if you want the real FFB of the game, everything has to be on 0% excluding the gain slider that you can put to your liking... From curbs and the other settings, all what you add above 0% is an exaggeration off that force.

Project C.A.R.S 2 really improved a lot his FFB system and simplified it a lot.
But if you put gain on 100 you will lose quite some subtile FFB details.
Also the inmersive and informative FBB "grow" with lapping, you can start with a car that you don't feel a lot and after 3 laps the FFB system improve...
Quite strange system..

Try out my settings, they are quite near AC Feelings.

About the professional drivers... Not Only the little brother of Lewis gives feedback... Here i let you an image with the other drivers.. You can see their career easily on Google.
Add also Chris Goodwin (Mclaren test driver) and Patrick Long (Porsche test driver)

[QUOTE = "Donnced, post: 11972809, member: 261592"] Hola Gamba pelà!

Thank you very much, friend, I will certainly test your settings. Another thing I do not understand about the game, is why the same steering wheel configuration with the same car changes the feel of the steering wheel, Y is e, such as feedback hardness? And it's the same car, just change the circuit, I do not understand. Thanks again and I will tell you something about your setup.

I tried the settings Donnced posted and for me it makes the wheel much too lite. I can't feel the tires gripping at all with it. The wheel needs a bit of weight to feel when the car is sliding. Everything else was good. That one thing killed it for me.
