Jamiroquai/Tupac sample...Music

I've been listening to Jamiroquai lately and "Manifest Destiny" from "The Return Of The Space Cowboy" reminded me of a Tupac track ("Who Do You Believe In"). Does the Tupac track contain a sample of the Jamiroquai track, vice versa or they both sample something else?

The Tupac track is the one that contains the sample of the Jamiroquai track. Sorry for the almost 18-year old comment btw. I'm sure you've already figured it out before my comment.
