Japanise Tuner cars Or Lack Of

I tried to enter the Japanise tuner speedway event which allows the following cars

HKS Time Attack Evo
Top Secret Supra
Mines Nissan Skyline R34

None of which appears in the dealerships or in my garage
auction house comes up with nothing and they are not DLC

i can use the Mugan Civic but i'd like to know where the other cars are

I think they're all unicorn cars which means they won't appear in dealerships. They're also not available on the auction house I think because people were bidding ridiculous amounts for them and had somehow cheated to get so much money. I'm not sure what the easiest way to get them is now but for the 'King of the Track' challenges in rival mode they've started handing out unicorn cars for beating the time so hopefully one of these turns up as the reward car soon.

Sorry I couldn't help much but I don't play this game too often.

I think one of the tuned Hyundai Genesis (what's the plural? Genesises? Genesii?) can compete, too.

I tried the RMR Genesis and apparently it can't be upgraded to be competitive. But the AI still drive it.

I'm not sure any non-unicorn can be made competitive; I didn't really try the FWD options, but neither the Mazdaspeed RX-8 nor the Mazdaspeed Miata could be made fast enough, so I kinda doubt the Familia or MS3s can do it. No clue about the Mugen.

I ended up turning off "AI Use Upgraded Cars" and drove a 13B-REW swapped Miata to complete this. Even then, Sedona was a pain; the AI freak out on imaginary braking zones on the other tracks, which helps, but the Top Secret Supra totally outpaced me on Sedona. In Telemetry I noticed it makes nearly 1000hp.
