Java Plugin Needed...

Hey people. I just recently got an account at yahoo (mainly for the games), and was surprised to learn that I could not view the game screens. Now, try as I might, the screens wouldn't come up. So, I went to their help screen and learned that I needed a Java plugin to play the games. They told me to download and let install a java plugin. Does anyone know where I can get one? because the one they provided wouldn't work for me.

just try www.java.com and download their free software, that should be sufficient. Care for a few rounds of yahoo pool? hehe

Eh, I like Microsoft's Java better than Sun's. For once, a Microsoft product that isn't bloated!

Yeah, I'm going to download Microsoft's Java instead of Sun's. When my firewall blocks an intrusion attempt and I trace the IP, the java applet won't load and I get nothing.

I havent had any problems with Sun's java.

Microsoft took it down from their website and Windows Update because of the anti-trust lawsuits. Go to your favorite P2P program and search for Microsoft Java Virtual Machine.
