I got the Joey Logano Gamestop NASCAR Fantasy from a 2010 birthday ticket.
Is this rare?
I thought this was DLC?
Can someone elaborate?

The Black Gamestop edition is pre order DLC. Their is also an orange Logano car, which you can buy in the Toyota dealership.
