Ok, it keeps coming up as Page Cannot Be Displayed when i try to goto my install.cgi... PLZ HELP@!

Did you upload in ASCII?
Did you chmod the file to 0755?
Are you on a server that allows custom CGI applications?
Are you linking to the correct address?
Have you correctly uploaded and CHMODed the rest of the files in the archive?
If you answered 'no' to any of those questions, then that could be your problem.

Are you opperating under a CGIWRAP program. Sometimes hosting companies use these for added security (and a big pain in the arse IMHO). If so, you will want to consult your web hosting FAQ for how to deal with it. Other than that, I'm drawing a blank.
