It's not a prank, it's a joke. And that line of the AUP is meant to apply to people trying to legitimately pass off false information as true, so it doesn't really apply to jokes.

It's not as if Hammershell is trying to trick people into believing, say, that GT6's release date has been revealed to be Nov 24, 2020.
