So after weeks of waiting My PlaySeat Evolution has finally arrived. Bought It for the GT Sport Launch. But even My T-GT Was delayed and that finally arrived yesterday.

Finally assembled everything last night but I have one massive issue.

I'm 5 Ft 8 in Height and I'm finding that with the 3 Pedal Setup Is very uncomfortable to left foot brake with this Cockpit... I have tried to adjust the Bottom long bar far forward as possible so that the Pedals are resting on the middle Bar that holds the Wheel in place and a slight angle of 45 Degrees.

But I'm still finding a lot of pain and uncomfortablilty with this.

What do you think my options are now that the cockpit is fully built up?

I Upgraded from the PlaySeat Challenge and can't help but feel disappointed that the Upgrade hasn't quite paid off the way I expected it.

If anyone has any pictures of their best way to avoid the bar please share!

The back rest chair feels comfortable but It's Just the Bar ruins the experience for me and I can't feel comfortable braking.

That and the T3PGT Pedals are Just not what I expected for the Price point. I Upgraded from the T500RS and having the T3PA Pro's really make a difference. The T3PGT's Just feel far too stiff. The Metal arms make no difference from the T3PA's from the T300RS GT Edition.

Looks like your pedals are set up wrong.

The gap between accelerator and brake should be in the middle of the stand bar.

Did the same with mine as you have to connect it upside down so tend to move it the opposite way to what you think.

Just noticed you say left foot braking.

Are you using left foot for accelerator and brake?

Left foot braking is a legit technique for trail braking or "human" traction control while your right foot is controlling throttle.

Not a fan of the Playseat products. While the pricing is fair, I found that the design is uncomfortable for extended periods. The chassis also flexes with anything stronger than a Logitech wheel, which is terribly annoying.

Im using the Zalem V27 with a t300rs and Fanatec cspv3 pedals, which is fully adjustable and upgradeable for the most part. Much stiffer , more comfortable, and versatile than my old Playseat Evo for about the same coin. It's strong enough to handle low-torque direct drive wheels. Any stronger and you should look into Trakracer RS8, RSeat N1 or an 80/20 rig from Simlab.eu.

I think I see the majority of your problem. I have the same setup but have the T300 wheel but same pedals. I am 6 foot 3 and I have that vertical bar that supports the steering wheel a little further away from the base of the petals, like four or five inches. Makes all the difference. Try adjusting your setup until you get comfortable and try not to have that vertical extension so close to the pedals.

I know the feeling. That's why I made a homemade rig from my PlaySeat Evolution and got a good seat.

Just bought the Playseat Challenge and it's probably the most comfortable racing seat that I've ever tried. It's quite baffling considering how cheap it is (and looks). But the thing about the seat is that the soft material shapes itself around your body, feeling almost like a hammock. And there's no bar in the way of your legs so you can move them around as much as you'd like. The only downside is the lack of configurations; it's not easy to attach a lot of equipment, besides a wheel and a small gear stick. But overall it's a great and highly underrated racing seat.
