Just bought Driving Force Ex

I've just purchased the Driving Force Ex for my PS2 and its the first wheel I've used. I've been trying it out with the various racing games I have but Gran Turismo 4 is the one I want it set it up for predominantly. For some reason I can't change the steering sensitivity during the game (only on loadup) and was wondering is this the norm? I was also wondering is it possible to turn the Force Feedback off on the wheel. I have a friend who dosen't like the sensation and was wondering can you turn it off, I can't seem to find an option in GT4 and the instructions included in the game are minimal to say the least

At the moment, I have no idea how to help you. The manual is next to useless and it instructs to go to their web site, for more help. They seem to have misplaced my password, so I can't ask questions there, right now.

Call their service centre, since fiddling with the mode button here didn't help discover anything.

While you're at it, ask them why they couldn't get the EX paddles to work.
