Do dampers make a difference at all? I've ran a few tests but cant seem to tell a real difference.

Depends on the car.
It made a difference on my Enzo. Droped it from 9.020 to 9.006 with a few tweaks on da suspension. Including dampers.

Very minor. Depends on the car.

I just make rear compresion high and front extension high. I dont really know if it does anything but since the weight transfer works in that manner it gives me a better feeling about the car. its all just mental for me.

That also depends on the car. Some cars like it higher in the front rather than the back, keep that in mind.

?? I don't follow? Higher compression in the front??

extension: front 7 rear 2
compression front 2 rear 8
Is what im talking about.

You have much to learn.

the lower the number the easier it is to do whats described

compression 1 = easy to compress
compression 10 = hard to compress

same goes with spring rates, low number = soft, high number = hard

at least initially in drag racing, you want the weight to shift or as much as possible go to the driven wheels (awd, fwd rwd)

I hate that. low is high, left is right, paper is plastic. ughhhh!!!
