Okay next Saturday(the 5th) AT 16 GMT(11 EST)!!!!!im having a big kart endurance race at kart space. 2 classes: 125 karts and jr karts. 8 people a class. the race is 75 laps but since the jrs will get lapped it will end for them WHEN THE TIMER ENDS!!!!!!! mics are not mandatory but will help in qualifying. Any tire is allowed. its at 1 est. It will be standing start and we will have a 10 minute qualifying before the race starts so that the jrs wont be ahead of the 125's at the start. Everyone will be on track during qualifying so here are qualifying rules:
-No driver is forced to let a faster kart out of the way but the faster kart is allowed to tell them to move out of the way and we encourage the jr to move if he/she is told but it is not mandatory
-10 minutes is it, no more time. If you miss qualifying you start last in your class.
-I will have a 10 minute timer and announce when 5 minutes is left and when 1 minute is left.
-You will finish your current lap when I announce the session is over.
- I will leave the session when 1 minute remains and will watch to make sure nobody is trying to get extra laps in.
- If you stay out on the track too long and I can tell its deliberately you will be forced to start last. If you stay out longer after that you will be kicked from the race.
Race Rules:
- PLEASE DONT CORNER CUT!!!! I will be racing too so I cannot catch you but I want everyone to look out for people doing it and you will be booted if I get a lot of reports of you doing it.
- Please race clean. We all wanna have a good time and don't need you to ruin the fun.
- Again no jr's are not forced to move out of the way of others but it is encouraged that you do.
- All drivers must have their own number.
please tell me your PSN when you sign up

I will be interested. Put me down in the jr class, number 16 please. What time do you plan to start it?

Plan to start around 1 EST but I can be flexible if that does not work for a certain timezone

Is that 1am, or 1pm EST?
If it fits in my time zone, I'd like to use my 125 Kart #8. My PSN is jkt008. Thanks.

Im up for it. Depends on what i have to do saturday though. Put me down as a maybe in the junior kart. #63

If you could make it 4 pm GMT or earlier I will join in a 125 but otherwise I cant make it. And Kart space 1 or 2?

Just a suggestion... Use microphone communication for the race start.

Lap 1: Parade lap, Jr cars line up in front (single or double file)
Lap 2: Jrs begin racing, while Srs park on back straight.
Lap 3: When Jrs pass Srs, Srs line up for their start
Lap 4: All karts are racing, Srs are 2 laps behind Jrs and will eventually catch and lap them.
Final Lap: All karts should be close enough to finish the race under green flag conditions.

It's PM, I could actually do it in the middle of the night if you needed me too so you could race in your timezone.

Sorry I haven't made this clear yet, the track is kart space 1, we are sticking to my idea for the start, Haitch I can change it to 4 GMT but I will need to see if everyone else can. so please reply back if you can or cannot

Are we going to use different colors, maybe # and color, different colors but 1 for each group, so if i chose green (example) , since im running the 125's jr could also have a green, just wondering might be kinda cool

EVERYBODY CHOOSE A COLOR! harrison had a great idea and I cant believe i never thought of it. so please choose a color.

lol thanks, also is gmt west coast time? saturday should be on almost all day, almost level 25...

Is it colours for each class or each kart?
So all jr will be green for example and all 125 will be yellow?
You then pick your favourite green colour if your a jr?
Or just whatever colour you want?
As for time, 1pm est, will be 5.00pm for me which is perfect.

just 10min qualifying? so we get about 17 laps for the 125s, and 15 for jrs, probably 14 actually for the jrs, pretty good but will practice until saturday for sure.

Should I make qualifying 5 minutes? seems better as you would probably get 7 or 8 laps in and around 5 or 6 for jr's. Im also thinking of making race 100 laps so it will be around 45 minutes?

Could I please choose red as well? It's just that I don't want to paint my kart until they are available in the NCD. I can be there at 4 GMT by the way. Thanks.

Oh, I thought it meant 04:00 GMT, not 16:00 GMT. Would you maybe be able to make it around 14:00 GMT? Thanks.
