Karts on Variable Tracks

Is anyone else having problems running karts on tracks with weather change and time change? For some reason it won't let me and my buddy change the online room to karts at a track like this.

Yes, it's really annoying! Can't believe they've done it! I don't care if they have to turn weather off on those tracks so we can use them for karting! Autumn Ring Mini was one of the best tracks for karting in GT5 and one of my favourite as well, and now I can't drive a kart round it in time trial, a complete joke!

Autumn Ring Mini is a blast Forward and Reverse in Karts.... They better come out with a fix.
