Does anyone have the barbed wire Mopar paint scheme that Kasey Kahne ran in his Evernham days of Nascar?

I don't even care what car it goes on...I will get that car if I need to. I would prefer a Dodge vehicle, though.

Also, is there a way to make liveries for GT7 outside of the game?
