We were actually the ones who setup the interview between him and Timo Glock - which you can see in the GT TV part of the game...

Yes. At Polyphony Digital. While working on the Rally server. Jovial. Great guy. Alllllll about it. Stores wine in his data center. Gave me a bottle. Truly humble person, took us out to dinner. Rode a car elevator in a drift car off the roof of Polyphony to street level, then had dinner with him & team literally underground. The fish was served with the head mostly intact and it was epic. Cigarettes were smoked. Many. Damn good bottle of wine.

Upon parting, with wine, I have no God-damned idea what I even tried to say to him in Japanese as I do not speak the language. I speak fluent C++. But, yeah - good times.
