Keep/change/reset default car livery?

Hi, new to the livery stuff. Sorry if this has been asked before.
The following are unclear:

1. Is it possible to keep the standard livery of a car I own when I create a new one?
2. Is it possible to modify the standard (e.g. just switch to another color, keeping the decals)
3. Is it possible to reset to the standard livery once I have put a new one on?

We've just had an update so things may have changed but short and direct answers to your questions:

1. Yes you keep the standard livery option.
2. No, you will loose all the decals when you apply the new paint to the car.
3. Yes, you just go back into your garage and use the Change Livery option and can pick the standard one from there.

1. Yes.
2. You can't change the colour of an existing car livery, only the wheels. You have to recreate the whole livery. Check my liveries as I have done this on many Gr.3 cars, like my beetle

3. Yes, on the home section, you get a choice of liveries you have made, just choose the original.
