I am ready to organize challenge with all kind of cars but not modified and only with economy or normal tires, on arcade mode (like a AC Cobra on Suzuka with economy tires). I find this kind of lap time the most challenging yet.

Let me know how to make a challenge that will be interesting and popular.

Just look through the recent tuner cups that have been running around. From Tuner Cup (Version 2 & 3) and also the Vintage Tuner Cup.

My question is WHY have it on Arcade?? You have so many more options open to you in GT Mode that you would be silly not to utilise them. Quick tune has nothing in comparison to it.

When on arcade, you are sure that others competitors will run the exact same cars with same spec.

Exactly, thats also why some WRS races are done in arcade mode, to make sure for that race everyone is using equal cars. In addition to limiting people to using only their driving skills, and none of their tuning skills.
