Is there a build report about this piece of awesome? I want to know more about the AWD system.

Btw, it's a shell of a Mustang wrapped around a bunch of tubes. Points deduction for that.

I don't know much about the build of this, but it's possible there was no original Mustang involved since it's probably sitting on a completely custom fabricated chassis and using a new reproduction Mustang body. Not sure why anyone would be mad about this, aside from it looking like a hacked up Mustang with AWD and nearly 900hp.

You've met people on the Internet right? Someone will be irked to the highest degree about this.

HOONICORN RTR SPECIFICATIONS:

- MOTOR: Roush Yates 410 cubic inch Ford V8, 845 hp/720 lb.ft with ITBs

- TRANSMISSION: 6-speedSadev SC90-24 all-wheel drive transmission with a hydraulic handbrake system

- SUSPENSION: Custom ASD Motorsports-designed geometry and components

- BODY: 1965 widebody Ford Mustang designed by RTR, Ken Block and Hoonigan, ASD Motorsports full tubular chassis, ASD Motorsports custom roll-cage, door bars and front/rear suspension mounts, RTR carbon fiber body panels

- WHEELS: fifteen52 three-piece R40, 18” x10.5”

- TIRES: Pirelli Trofeo R, 295/30/18, custom Ken Block compound.

I don't like it but that's just me. Wonder what block Roush used for the motor. Probably a Windsor.

X'es on the headlights make 400hp each. Soon on Ebay.
I'm assuming they're glass headlights.

There was an RTR Mustang from a few years back that was built with reproduction/brand new parts. If that's anything to go by, then I have a feeling it's the same case with this car. No need to be upset.

I'm not sure how I feel about it. It's not a looker, but it will piss off all sorts of people. Why Ken, why do you make this difficult?!

I'm not sure what there even is to get mad about. No Mustangs were used in the making of this car, so even if you did think that one of the hundreds of thousands of coupes that they made in '65 is worth something, it doesn't matter.

I sort of like it and don't like it at the same time. It looks plain badass from the back, but the front is a bit off in my opinion.

That is just awesome amounts of ridiculous. AWD drivetrain paired to a V8 (a NASCAR V8 to be exact) and draped in a widened Mustang body. I look forward to the butt hurt that this will bring, it might just outdue the freak of nature that is the Nissan powered Mustang from Tokyo Drift.

Why is everybody expecting butthurt?

This is as much of a Mustang as this:

Same applies for the Mustangs in Trans-Am.

But I can tell the butthurt will come for three reasons:

- Widebody on a 65 Mustang (never mind the fact that this just a custom body and not a real mustang)
- An AWD Mustang. Not a popular idea so you know someone is losing their minds on it.
- Ken Block, Who doesn't even try to piss people off but by just being a driver that has more Viral videos then WRC wins, he's just hated beyond reason

I wish I were kidding, but you actually have people that'll go ape because to them this car is "Sacrilege" (or whatever else intelligent word they'll choose to exaggerate their distaste in it).
