Week 3 everyone and everything seems to be silky smooth!

Congrats to Syntax Error for winning week 1! as stated in the rules he will no choose the theme and restrictions for this week


Theme: Minicar Rivalries at the 'Ring

I would like week 3 to be rivaling mini cars at the Nur. So basicly 2 or more mini cars have to be in the pic at Nurburgring.

For the level of photoshoping to be allow, i wouldn't mind if everything that is allowed in advance comp 2.0 be allowed for week 3, so basicly crop, levels, colour, layers etc. This seems to usually draw a big crowd.

so any small cars again only this time rivalries at the Green Hell! Good Luck to all!

The rules (please read them all).....

1. ONLY photomode pictures will be accepted. Photoshop and any other editing program will be allowed, but only to a certain degree and must NOT alter the geometry of the car or picture:

Tools allowed:

Contrast and brigtness
Median Filter
Blur Tool and Filters
Sharpening Tools and Filters
Blending and Layer tools
Cropping and Resizing

2. Use only your own pictures.

3. Use only Imageshack Thumbnail for forums (1) link.

4. Only one valid entry per week per person. Once a valid entry has been submitted, it may not be changed.

5. In the spirit of fairness (and anonymity), please don't post your FINAL ENTRY in a thread of any kind or your galleries until AFTER the winner has been selected. Also, please don't post HM's.

6. A system will be used in which the winner of each week's competition will choose the theme and Top 20 for the next week's competition however, the winner WILL NOT be allowed to re-enter the competition until the following week. The Top 20 entries will be placed in a poll to select that week's winner.

NOTE: If at least 20 entries are not received, ALL entries will be entered into the weekly poll and the previous week's winner will be eligible for entry.

not this time, if Syntax didn't specify i guess it covers all Kei cars, minicars, milk trucks (last week) or anything smaller than the new Civic or Golf.

yeah, thats what I was gunning for.... a wide as possible range of poxy cars, so come on everyone, duck your head as you got into your miniture POS cars that you got hiding in your garage behind all them skyines and aston martins... grab your camera and head for the hills.....

oh yeah and remember..... multiple (2 or more) POS cars must be in the pic duking it out....

Cool theme. Don't care too much for the ring (a minicar rivalery on a dirt track would look sweet too), but the rivaling minicars I like 👍 . Intense battling at 50kmph Hey look outside, that pedestrian is catching up on us

Not at all. They're just smart enough to realize that walking is actually FASTER than driving cars that have less HP than an electric razor. Not even to mention an uphill section

What do I need to win to get that Fiat 500?? I can't see that listed prize car list, it's there in my game as a 'legendary car' but I can't buy it and I can't choose it in arcade mode. AI seems to be driving it though, but it's that it?

Also where are these A-type mercedes cars coming from????? I sure have not seen those in my copy of GT4 and I'm at 100% long ago. What's going on?

Ah man I got these 2 great shots but they're pretty different in style and I just can't make up my mind

Well the first two entrys have been resized and the fourth has been cropped so I'm guessing its allowed.

If you read the quote Ken put up from syntax, it says that all alterations allowed in the 2.0 comp are allowed. I don't know why he didn't list cropping/resizing but he listed the others.

what spyker said.... soz i was being alittle lazy when i was listing the rules, but yeah.... croping and resizing are fine in advance comp 2.0 so they should be fine here

Although I have to tell you that I also found a '73 Skyline 2000GTR in week 60 of cycle 2. (that car is AWESOME)
