...buy a better keyboard
...stay away from coffee shops
...get an MRI scan

Ha ha ha ... nice. I would have to agree on the first one, probably hardware failure. Make sure it's plugged in real good in the back, or just buy a better keyboard.

If you've ever spilled anything on it, buy a new one.

MRI? Strange that you should mention ... I've been wanting to either find someone else's research or do my own on the effects of the human electro-magnetic field as it applies to computers. I've been a system administrator and general 'geeky kid' for too long and seen too many unexplainable computer problems. The same person's computer will continue to mess up day after day, with identical computers used by other people never faulting. Then one day they sit at someone else's computer to print something out and the computer locks up. It's rather intruiging.

Funny you should mention that, because I've often thought the same thing as LoudMusic AND I'm a systems administrator at NASA.

DON'T ever buy a natural keyboard. they're a waste of time. i mean, what's the point in it if you've been using a standard keyboard for half a decade? or longer? useless.

and my keyboard lights flash, but that's because i have a plugin for winamp which makes them flash with the music. the louder it is, the higher the lights go. pretty damn sweet.

Oh, that's an easy one to explain:
It's either:
A keyboard-chair interface failure
A bug in the liveware
or it's an identification ten tee error.
